Easy Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 7 cups milk
• 3 cups heavy cream
• 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

• 1 Beat eggs until light; add sugar gradually, beating until thick; add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
• 2 Freeze in 5-quart ice cream freezer.
• 3 Enjoy.
