Gammon Steaks With Pineapple

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 gammon steaks
• 2 slices pineapple
• 2 eggs

Directions

• 1 Heat oil in frypan.
• 2 Add steaks and pineapple.
• 3 Fry for two minutes each side, or until golden.
• 4 Fry eggs.
• 5 Serve with pineapple on top of gammon with egg on side with a plate of hot chips and mayonnaise.
