Mint and Cottage Cheese Samosas

Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 1 -2 green chili, chopped fine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 bunch mint, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • 1 mix the first six ingredients well.
  • 2 lay 1-2 tsp of the mixture in one corner of rectangular samosa sheet, fold corner and make samosa.
  • 3 use flour paste to seal (2 tsp flour 2 tbsp water).
  • 4 deep fry till golden brown.
  • 5 serve with ketchup or your favourite chutney.
