Smoky Cheese Ball

Time: 3 hrs 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

Directions

  • 1 Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.
  • 2 Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
  • 3 Shape mixture into a ball.
  • 4 Combine pecans and parsley; roll cheese ball in pecan mixture.
  • 5 Let stand at room temp at least 30 minutes before serving.
