Smoky Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded smoked cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
Directions
- 1 Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.
- 2 Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
- 3 Shape mixture into a ball.
- 4 Combine pecans and parsley; roll cheese ball in pecan mixture.
- 5 Let stand at room temp at least 30 minutes before serving.
