Steak and Ale Sauteed Mushrooms

Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushroom
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons beef base
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup red Burgundy wine

Directions

  • 1 Wash mushrooms in hot water.
  • 2 Melt butter and margarine; add beef base, onion, garlic powder and black pepper.
  • 3 Simmer mushrooms in mixture until soft.
  • 4 Add wine.
