Turkey Meatloaf With Spinach and Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 slices bacon

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 Squeeze out excess water out of spinach.
  • 3 Use a large egg.
  • 4 Mince Garlic.
  • 5 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish.
  • 6 Arrange bacon across top.
  • 7 Bake 1 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 160.
