Turkey Meatloaf With Spinach and Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices bacon
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350.
- 2 Squeeze out excess water out of spinach.
- 3 Use a large egg.
- 4 Mince Garlic.
- 5 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except bacon. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking dish.
- 6 Arrange bacon across top.
- 7 Bake 1 1/4 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 160.
