Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 lb mizithra cheese, grated
Directions
- 1 Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
- 2 When pasta is almost done, slowly melt the butter over medium heat until golden.
- 3 Skim butter solids off top.
- 4 Drain pasta and toss with butter.
- 5 Sprinkle with cheese to taste.
