Crock Pot Chicken Divan
Time: 3 hrs 10 mins
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (or Healthy Substitute for Cream of Chicken Soup)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small onion
Directions
- 1 Cut chicken, celery and onion into bite-size pieces and put in crock pot.
- 2 Add rest of ingredients and stir to combine well.
- 3 Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- 4 Serve over rice or noodles.
