Ingredients
- 1 baked 9 pie shell
- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons peach Jell-O
Directions
- 1 Slice fresh peaches into bottom of baked pie shell.
- 2 Combine remaining ingredients (except Jello) in saucepan and cook until thick and clear.
- 3 Remove from heat and stir in Jello.
- 4 Pour over fruit. Cool until set. Serve with real whipped cream.
