Mizithra Browned Buttered Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 lb mizithra cheese, grated

Directions

  • 1 Cook pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente.
  • 2 When pasta is almost done, slowly melt the butter over medium heat until golden.
  • 3 Skim butter solids off top.
  • 4 Drain pasta and toss with butter.
  • 5 Sprinkle with cheese to taste.
