Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk pork sausage
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
Directions
- 1 Divide the sausage into six portions; flatten each.
- 2 Shape each portion around an egg.
- 3 Roll in beaten egg then in cornflake crumbs.
- 4 Place ona rack in a baking pan and bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning every 10 minutes.
