BBQ Prawns
Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
- 1 kg large green prawns, peeled
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 4 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
Directions
- 1 Mix all ingredients except prawns in a bowl.
- 2 Add prawns, cover and marinate for about 3 hours in fridge.
- 3 Place prawns on BBQ medium - high for 2 minutes each side.
- 4 Serve with toothpicks.
- 5 Alternatives -
- 6 Bacon wrapped around prawns.
- 7 More chilli sauce for some heat.
- 8 Fresh herbs.
- 9 The adaptations are endless (and delicious).
