Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 Flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
  • 3 In a large mixing bowl, stir together cake mix and sugar.
  • 4 Make a well in the center and pour in cream cheese, eggs, oil and vanilla.
  • 5 Beat on low speed until well blended. Beat 4 minutes on medium speed.
  • 6 Stir in blueberries and pour batter into pan.
  • 7 Bake 40-45 minutes.
