Ingredients
- 1 center cut ready to eat ham steak
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
Directions
- 1 Place ham in shallow pan.
- 2 Combine mustard with brown sugar and vinegar; spread over ham.
- 3 Broil ham under moderate heat until slightly browned; turn, baste with pan drippings and broil til lighlty browned.
