Broiled Ham Steak With Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 center cut ready to eat ham steak
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Directions

  • 1 Place ham in shallow pan.
  • 2 Combine mustard with brown sugar and vinegar; spread over ham.
  • 3 Broil ham under moderate heat until slightly browned; turn, baste with pan drippings and broil til lighlty browned.
