Moroccan Carrot Salad

Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 carrots, shredded
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

  • 1 Place carrots and onions in a medium serving bowl.
  • 2 In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • 3 Toss with the carrots.
  • 4 Serve cold or at room temperature.
