Onion Baked Pork Chops

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs.
  • 3 Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.
  • 4 Arrange in lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.
  • 5 Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until done, turning once.
