Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 400.
- 2 In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs.
- 3 Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.
- 4 Arrange in lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.
- 5 Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until done, turning once.
