Sos Light -Ground Turkey Gravy

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces ground turkey breast
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • onion powder, to taste
  • 2 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  • 1 Brown ground turkey till no longer pink. Add mushrooms drained. Sprinkle mixture with flour, pepper and garlic and onion powders.
  • 2 Add skim milk and whisk until smooth and thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce.
  • 3 Serve over toast or biscuits.
