Teriyaki Marinade for Chicken or Beef

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, ground
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
  • 2 slices lemons

Directions

  • 1 In a medium bowl, stir together sherry, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and lemon.
  • 2 Place meat or chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.
