Swedish Pancakes (Plattar)
Time: 35 mins
Ingredients
- 6     eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon     salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons     sugar
- 1 1/2 cups     flour
- 2 3/4 cups     milk
- butter   (for melting in the pan)
Directions
- 1 Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
- 2 Add salt and sugar, stir well.
- 3 Add the flour and beat well.
- 4 Add milk gradually.
- 5 Melt butter in skillet, medium heat and add batter. Pancakes should be much thinner than normal American style. Flip to cook both sides.
- 6 Pancakes will be brown (from the butter) in spots when they are done.
