Swedish Pancakes (Plattar)

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • butter (for melting in the pan)

Directions

  • 1 Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
  • 2 Add salt and sugar, stir well.
  • 3 Add the flour and beat well.
  • 4 Add milk gradually.
  • 5 Melt butter in skillet, medium heat and add batter. Pancakes should be much thinner than normal American style. Flip to cook both sides.
  • 6 Pancakes will be brown (from the butter) in spots when they are done.
  • 7 Enjoy!
