Easy Cheesy Frittata

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350.
- 2 Beat eggs, egg whites and water in a medium bowl with a wire whisk until well blended.
- 3 Stir in tomatoes, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the bacon and basil.
- 4 Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
- 5 Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- 6 Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
