Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions
- 1 In a small sauce pan bring water and sugar to a boil.
- 2 Add grated lemon rind and continue to boil for about 5 minutes or until it becomes like syrup.
- 3 Place in a small bottle or other container and refrigerate. It keeps up to 3 weeks.
