Sos Light -Ground Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
- 20 ounces ground turkey breast
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- garlic powder, to taste
- onion powder, to taste
- 2 1/4 cups skim milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- 1 Brown ground turkey till no longer pink. Add mushrooms drained. Sprinkle mixture with flour, pepper and garlic and onion powders.
- 2 Add skim milk and whisk until smooth and thickened. Add Worcestershire sauce.
- 3 Serve over toast or biscuits.
