Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ginger, ground
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
- 2 slices lemons
Directions
- 1 In a medium bowl, stir together sherry, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and lemon.
- 2 Place meat or chicken in marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours prior to cooking.
