Chicken Broccoli Cordon Bleu Casserole
Time: 1 hrs 
Ingredients
- 4     boneless chicken breast halves
 - 1 (16 ounce) bag   cut-up   frozen broccoli
 - 1 cup     ham, diced
 - 4 ounces     swiss cheese, diced
 - 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can    cream of chicken soup
 - 1/2 cup     white wine
 - 1     garlic clove, minced
 - 1 tablespoon     butter
 - salt, to taste
 - pepper, to taste
 
Directions
- 1 Cut chicken breast into strips.
 - 2 Saute garlic and chicken strips in butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
 - 3 Place broccoli in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
 - 4 Lay chicken strips over broccoli.
 - 5 Top chicken with diced ham and then swiss cheese.
 - 6 In small bowl combine soup and wine and pour over chicken mixture in casserole.
 - 7 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
 - 8 Place in a preheated 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
