Easy Crab Cakes

Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • oil, as needed for frying

Directions

  • 1 Mix together all ingredients and shape into cakes of desired size.
  • 2 Fry in skillet at medium low heat in small amount of oil until golden brown, turning once.
