Eat More Bars
Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup chopped peanuts (dry roasted are best)
Directions
- 1 Melt peanut butter and honey over med low heat.
- 2 Add chocolate chips to peanut butter and honey.
- 3 Stir until melted.
- 4 Remove from heat.
- 5 Add vanilla.
- 6 Add oatmeal and peanuts.
- 7 Press into lightly buttered 8x8 pan( using lightly buttered hands if you need to).
- 8 Set in fridge until firm enough to cut into bars.
- 9 (about 1 hr).
- 10 (for thinner bars use larger pan).
- 11 Freeze very well.
- 12 ENJOY!
