Ingredients
- 2 heads dill, per quart
- 1 -2 garlic clove, per quart
- 10 -12 pickling cucumbers
Directions
- 1 Place heads of dill and garlic in hot sterilized quart jar. Fill with small cucumbers to within 1 inch of top.
- 2 Brine: Combine water, venegar and salt in saucepan.
- 3 Bring to a boil.
- 4 Pour over cucumbers to within 1/4 inch of top with boiling vinegar.
- 5 Seal.
- 6 Makes one quart.
