Dill Pickles-(One Jar at a Time)

Ingredients

  • 2 heads dill, per quart
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, per quart
  • 10 -12 pickling cucumbers

Directions

  • 1 Place heads of dill and garlic in hot sterilized quart jar. Fill with small cucumbers to within 1 inch of top.
  • 2 Brine: Combine water, venegar and salt in saucepan.
  • 3 Bring to a boil.
  • 4 Pour over cucumbers to within 1/4 inch of top with boiling vinegar.
  • 5 Seal.
  • 6 Makes one quart.
