Ingredients
- 3/4 lb ground beef, browned or 3/4 lb ground venison, if you want to be traditional browned
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3/4 cup cooked peas, if desired
- mashed potatoes, hot
Directions
- 1 Mix flour, water and salt together.
- 2 Add to meat.
- 3 Cook until thickened.
- 4 Add peas if desired.
- 5 Serve over mashed potatoes.
