Hamburg Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb ground beef, browned or 3/4 lb ground venison, if you want to be traditional browned
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 cup cooked peas, if desired
  • mashed potatoes, hot

Directions

  • 1 Mix flour, water and salt together.
  • 2 Add to meat.
  • 3 Cook until thickened.
  • 4 Add peas if desired.
  • 5 Serve over mashed potatoes.
