Low-Cal Asian Steak Salad

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda granular
  • 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Directions

  • 1 Whisk together first 10 ingredients. Set dressing aside.
  • 2 Toss salad ingredients in large bowl. Slice grilled flank steak and add to salad.
  • 3 Pour dressing over salad and toss.
  • 4 Serve cold.
