Ingredients
- 3 apples
- 2 green peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- 1 In a large bowl combine oil and lemon juice.
- 2 Dice all fruit and veggies and add to bowl.
- 3 Salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 Serve at room temperature or refrigerate and serve chilled.
- 5 Best served within 24 hours.
