No Roux White Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 1/2 pint 1% low-fat milk
Directions
- 1 Mix a little of the milk with the cornflour to form a smooth paste and mix into the rest of the milk.
- 2 Heat in a saucepan on a medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
